Bhubaneswar: Rs 12, 790 crore-Appropriation Bill passed in Odisha Assembly; Opposition stages walkout over Finance Minister’s reply during discussions on the bill. The bill, introduced by state Finance Minister S B Behera, was passed by voice vote.
