Bhubaneswar: Union Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Dharmendra Pradhan invites CM Naveen Patnaik to attend Dhamra LNG Terminal Bhumi Pujan on July 8, 2017. On this regard Minister Dharmendra Pradhan writes letter to CM Naveen Patnaik.
It should be noted nearly Rs. 10,000 crore will be invested in the project. The Dhamra LNG terminal project and the pipeline project cumulatively is expected to bring investments to the tune of Rs 51,000 crore into the economy of eastern India.
State-owned refiner Indian Oil Corporation (IOCBSE 0.49 %) and gas utility GAILBSE 1.66 % India Ltd today signed pacts to take 49 per cent stake in Adani Group’s Rs 6,000-crore Dhamra LNG project in Odisha. IOC will initially take 39 per cent and GAIL another 11 per cent equity in Dhamra LNG Terminal Pvt Ltd and the remaining 50 per cent will be with Adani Group.
