Bhubaneswar: Odisha Tourism organising 4th Kalinga International Buddhist Conclave 2017 from April 10 to 12 at Udaygiri and Bhubaneswar. Industry and Mass Education Minister Debi Prasad Mishra will inaugurate the Kalinga International Buddhist Conclave 2017.
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will join as chief guest in valedictory session on 12th April.
