Governor Raghubar Das announced at the first session of the 17th Odisha Assembly that the government aims to create 25 lakh Lakhpati Didis by 2027. This initiative will involve setting up industrial clusters for SHGs, offering facility management for product marketing, and providing incentives to SHGs that transition into MSMEs to inspire women entrepreneurs.
