As an initiative fulfilling the vision of 5T of Chief Minister of Odisha, to safeguard the interest of the public bringing transparency and redressal for the passengers, OSRTC has now introduced a dedicated Toll-free number.
The passengers now can call to Toll-free number:
1800-345-1122 for availing OSRTC bus-related information and also sharing their valuable feedback and complaints for redressal.
For the convenience of travelling passengers, the Toll-free number will operate 24×7 at OSRTC, Corporate Office, Paribahan Bhawan, Bhubaneswar.
Based on the experienced gained and the feedbackreceived from passengers, remedial measures will be taken to enrich the experience of passengers travelling with OSRTC buses.
