Jharsuguda: Veer Surendra Sai Airport to resume flight services from March 31. This was informed by the Airport director SK Chouhan on Saturday.
Chouhan said SpiceJet will start regular flight operations from the airport on three routes- Delhi, Kolkata and Hyderabad- from March 31.
The SpiceJet authorities today visited the airport to review the infrastructures and informed about the launching of the flight operations.
Earlier, the Civil Aviation Ministry had announced the launching of commercial flight services from VSS Airport to six cities of the country under the UDAN-3 scheme. Those cities are Bhubaneswar, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Delhi and Raipur.
