Bhubaneswar: Odisha govt promotes 3 IPS officers of 1996 batch to ADG rank. IG Arun Bothra, Sanjay Singh & Sunita Kakran appointed ADG. IPS Arun Bothra was promoted to Additional DG rank. Bothra has been the Chief of SIT, Crime Branch probing Pari rape and murder case.
