Among others the State Chief Information Commissioner Sri Sunil Kumar Mishra, State Information Commissioner Sri Balakrushna Mohapatra, Principal Secretary, Revenue & Disaster management, Odia Language, Literature and Culture Sri Bishnupada Sethi, Secretary to Governor Dr. Pramod Kumar Meherda along with other distinguished guests, senior officers of Governor’s Secretariate and I&PR Department were present in the programme.
