The Odisha government has issued a new notification, cancelling the previous government’s instructions, circulars, and guidelines related to the delegation of financial power to Startup Odisha. The MSME Department released this notification to ensure the smooth functioning of Startup Odisha. Under the new guidelines, the Executive Chairman of Startup Odisha now has financial authority up to Rs 1 crore, while the Board of Directors has financial authority up to Rs 10 crore.
