Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik met farmers from Boudh, Koraput districts. Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik met farmers from Kotpad & Borigumma blocks of Koraput district and farmers from Boudh and Harbhanga blocks of Boudh district, who had come to attend farmers’ awareness camp and discussed various issues concerning their welfare. They were in Bhubaneswar to attend farmers’ awareness camp organized by Agriculture & Farmers’ Empowerment Department for enhancing agricultural productivity and income.
He urged for greater awareness on entitlements under various schemes and appreciated their contribution to the State’s food basket.
