Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik launches ‘Mo Sarkar’ initiative from Capital Hospital and Saheed Nagar Police Station in Bhubaneswar; says ‘Today I have spoken to people who have been to hospitals and police stations and on the whole the results have been very satisfactory’.
CM Naveen Patnaik released the preamble of #MoSarkar on #GandhiAt150 and hailed the programme as a pioneering initiative to completely transform the way Govt offices deliver public services to people treating them with dignity in a professional manner.
Initiating the MoSarkar programme, CM Naveen Patnaik called people over phone, chosen randomly by the portal & sought their feedback on recent visit to a hospital or police station. #MoSarkar is active in all police stations, 21 DHHs & MCHs of Cuttack, Berhampur & Sambalpur.
CM Naveen Patnaik spoke to people from Balangir, Sundergarh, Malkangiri, Jajpur & Baripada to seek feedback on their experiences at Govt hospitals & to people from Nayagah, Ganjam, Balasore & Bhawanipatna regarding the service offered at Police Stations.
Under #MoSarkar, phone numbers of people coming to Govt offices will be registered & SMS will be sent to them in 24hrs. People can make a missed call to 14545 & get themselves registered. CM, ministers & officials will call random numbers for feedback.
