Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik launches ‘Jal Sathi’ App, an initiative to engage Mission Shakti members for collection of water cess. CM Patnaik paid Rs 593 as water cess to kick off campaign; the project will be implemented in 7 wards of Bhubaneswar on a pilot basis & in other places in next phases.
