Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik launched innovative e-Gov applications of Integrated Financial Management System for delivery of services to pensioners, state government employees and the public. More details on the services:
ARPANA
• Pension authentication to be done through AADHAR for efficient & transparent handling of pension
• Available for all stakeholders e.g. pensioner, banks, treasuries and AG(O)/Comptroller of Accounts, Odisha
• Helpdesk support for pensioners using online services
• Fixed timeline for delivery of services & monitoring of units by competent authorities
Online Pension Application System
• Over 7,000 Head of Offices, around 200 Pension Sanctioning Authorities & Pension Issuing Authority i.e. Accountant General (A&E) integrated
• SMS-based notifications to pensioners on every step of application process
• Available for all retiring/retired state government employees. Apply at – www.odishatreasury.gov.in/pensionportal
Online Generation of Sanction Order
• Uniformity of sanction order across departments
• Electronic repository of sanction orders for future usage
• Paperless transactions with digital signature
Mobile Application
• Tax deposit facility for citizens anywhere, anytime
• Deposit fess for various competitive exams

Chief Minister Shri Patnaik stated that these services strengthen the 3Ts –Teamwork, Transparency, Technology principles of state for good governance and will immensely benefit retired, retiring state government employees and also ease the process of paying taxes.
