Bhubaneswar: CM Naveen Patnaik inaugurated multi-speciality Utkal Hospital and its Comprehensive Oncology Centre in #Bhubaneswar. CM hoped that the new Oncology Centre will expand access to advanced cancer care in the region and cater to the requirement of needy people.
