Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik, Home Minister Amit Shah inaugurated SUM Ultimate Medicare hospital

Bhubaneswar: SUM Ultimate Medicare (SUMUM) was inaugurated today in the presence of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Union Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, and other dignitaries.

Congratulating on the launch of hospital, the Odisha CM hoped that it will go on to provide the best healthcare facilities to all Odias. Shah too praised the efforts on launching of a world-class healthcare infrastructure. “Having government-funded medical colleges and hospitals sometimes is not sufficient for patient care and that’s where the private hospitals come in. I hope SUM Ultimatum Medicare goes on to provide the top-notch facilities that it promises,” added Shah.

Pradhan thanked CM Naveen Patnaik for continuing to encourage the developing medical facilities in the State. On this occasion, he also requested Patnaik to implement the central government’s Ayushman Bharat Yojana in Odisha.

Spread across ten acres, the nine-storied hospital has promised to offer next-generation treatment in patient-focused and technology-enhanced settings to the people of Odisha under one roof. It is part of the Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (SOA) group of institutions.
