Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik was on Monday felicitated by a number of organisations, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) Corporators and senior citizens’ organisations at his residence Naveen Niwas for being adjudged and awarded as the Best Administrator in the country by the Outlook magazine.
Hundreds of employees of various departments lined up to greet him at the state secretariat. Ministers, departmental Secretaries, senior police officials and other officers also felicitated him for winning the award.
