Bhubaneswar: Odisha Cabinet led by CM Naveen Patnaik approved policy fixing nominal annual ground rent of ₹100/acre & 75% cess of ground rent in respect to Govt land leased out to charitable organisations. These include institutions for disabled, orphanage, blind school, goshalas etc.
