New Holland Agriculture extended warranty period on its machines by 30 days

Bhubaneswar: With the economic slowdown affecting every sector of society including India‘s agricultural community, New Holland Agriculture has extended the warranty period on its machines by 30 days for equipment whose warranty is still in effect between March 24 to April 14, 2020. As part of its ‘We care for you!’ initiative, the brand seeks to ease the financial burden of its customers. New Holland has long been a close ally to the farming community, offering a full range of agricultural equipment which eliminates the need for crop burning and enhances crop productivity and profitability. As the first in the country to offer an advanced range of mechanized solutions, New Holland recently reached cumulative sales of 5 lakh tractors and has a growing network of more than 1,000 customer touch points in India.

Discussing the scheme, Mr. Senthil Kumar, Product Support-AG-India, said, “The Covid-19 crisis has jeopardized our normal way of living by forcing us to stay indoors and work from home. This does not apply to our farmer friends who aren’t able to carry out their work without being in the field. With the viability of their crops and earnings at risk, we wanted to come to their aid by offering this extended warranty period. Considering the financial loses that will be faced by the agrarian community, we believe that this significant initiative has the potential to ease their hardship during this trying time.”

New Holland offers a technologically superior range of tractors, as well as a complete range of farm equipment from land preparation to post harvesting such as hay and forage equipment, planters, balers, sprayers and tillage equipment. Its tractor range is the first choice for farmers as it comes equipped with the latest technology, together with powerful and fuel-efficient engines.

The New Holland customer care center provides support in eight languages, including Hindi and English, to customers across India and can be reached toll free at 1-800-419-0124.
