Report by Badal Tah; Rayagada: A national seminar on on “Nanotechnology Based Drug Delivery System: Challenges and Opportunities” was organised by School of Pharmacy Centurion University, Rayagada cenently. Regional Director, Mr. Rajesh Kumar Padhi, SPLS directors Mr. Mahesh Pattnaik and Sisir Panigrahy highlighted the need for nanotechnology based research work in addition to academics and advised the students to take up projects on Nanotechnology. Principal Dr. Chandra Sekhar Patro presided over the function. Chief guest, Prof K .V. Ramana Murty, Principal, AU College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Andhra University, elaborated various aspects involved in the nanotechnology and sustainable development. Special lectures on nanotechnology were delivered by experts form pharm industry during the scientific sessons that followed by the inagural function. Around 350 deligated from different pharmacy college were paticipated in the event and presented posted on various topics related to nanotechnology.
