Bhubaneswar: Dr. Tapan Kumar Chand, CMD, NALCO unfurled the national flag on the occasion of the 73rd Independence Day Celebration at NALCO’s Mines and Refinery Complex at Damanjodi. Apart from addressing the employees and large number of people from the peripheral villages, Dr. Chand also gave away awards to security personnel, teachers and meritorious students.
