Report by Kahnu Nanda; Jagatsinghpur: Jagatsinghpur district collector S K Mohapatra celebrated Diwali with Children of Sisu Ashrama a local orphanage here on Sunday, a simple function was organized by the orphanage authority where collector distributed sweets among the orphanage inmates and lit fire on crackers accompanying them, later collector was distributed prizes to the children participating debate and quiz competitions. Later collector was visited a correction home functioning on the Jagatsinghpur outskirts also celebrated Diwali with the inmates also enquired their difficulty. Collector was accompanied by district child protection officer Kanhu Charan Rout, NGO activist Purna Chandra Malla.
