Bhubaneswar : Odisha government announces that all govt offices, universities, colleges, schools & other govt institutions in Cuttack Municipal Corporation area to remain closed in the second half from 1:30PM tomorrow for the inaugural ceremony of the Hockey World Cup 2023.
Besides, Odisha is hosting the mega event from Jan 13-29.
