Dharanidhar College at Keonjhar becomes University with the Higher Education dept issuing the required notification. CM Naveen Patnaik will be in Keonjhar tomorrow to dedicate the new University. It has been carved out of the jurisdiction of Maharaja Sriramchandra Bhanja Deo University, Baripada.
