The Enforcement Directorate (ED) moved the Delhi High Court on Friday to challenge the regular bail granted to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the excise policy case. ASG SV Raju, representing the ED, urged the court to stay the trial court’s order, arguing that he had not been given an opportunity to oppose the bail.
