Cuttack Central Co-operative Bank Ltd contributes Rs 2 crore to Odisha CMRF for fight against COVID-19

Bhubaneswar: The Cuttack Central Co-operative Bank Ltd has contributed Rs 2 crore to the Odisha Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMFR) for fight against deadly Covid-19 virus. Additionally, employees of the bank also contributed one day salary which is equivalent to Rs 2,27,851 lakh. Banks President, Vice-President and all members of committee of management also contributed Rs 1 Lakh to CMRF.
A team led by Shri Birendra Pratap Swain, President, Cuttack Central Co-operative Bank Ltd, handed over the cheque to hon’ble CM Shri Naveen Pattnaik in presence of Shri Ranendra Pratap Swain, Minister, Food, Consumer affairs, supply and cooperative and Shri Pranab Prakash Das, MLA, Jajpur.
In a statement released by Cuttack Central Co-operative Bank Ltd on Monday. Said that “As a responsible financial institution, we contribute Rs 2 crore to the CMRF to empower the state for fight against covid-19 and to control the situation,”
