Phulbani: Cold wave grips Odisha; Normal life hit in Kandhamal district as temperature dips to 6.5 degree Celsius in Daringbadi while Phulbani records minimum temperature of 8 degree Celsius.
With the minimum temperature dropping below the normal temperature in the interior parts of Kandhamal district, normal life in the district was reportedly affected due to dense fog.
