Koraput: The Central University Common Entrance Test (CUCET) for admission into all UG and PG programmes at Central University of Odisha scheduled to be held on 30th and 31st May 2020 and for Research programmes 6th and 7th June 2020 are postponed and revised dates will be notified in the University website i.e. www.cuo.ac.in as well as CUCET website. Last date for submission of Online Application Form for admission through CUCET 2020 is 23 May 2020. Candidates can fill and submit the CUCET 2020 online application form by May 23 at www.cucetexam.in. The in-Charge Controller of Examinations of the University is urging the students to expedite the process of making application well before the last date.
The entrance examination will be conducted in 141 centres for Undergraduate and Post Graduate Programmes and in 47 centres for research programmes in various cities across the country. As per the notification of the CUCET the applicants can choose any examination centre convenient to them. In Odisha there are 13 exam test centres for UG and PG such as Anugul, Balasore, Bhadrak, Bhawanipatna, Bhubaneswar, Berhampur, Cuttack, Kendujhar, Koraput, Malkangiri, Paralakemundi, Raurkela and Sambalpur and three centres for research programme such as Cuttack, Bhubaneswar and Sambalpur.
In the states surrounding Odisha the examination test centres for UG and PG are Ananthpur, Guntur, Kurnool, Palasa, Rajahmundry, Srikakulam, Tirupati, Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh; Bilaspur and Raipur in Chhattisgarh; Asansol, Kolkata and Siligudi in West Bengal; Daltonganj, Deoghar, Dhanbad, Jamsedpur and Ranchi in Jharkand.
Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria for CUCET-2020 can apply for the exam.
