Bhubaneswar: BJD supremo Naveen Patnaik, in an interview to an English daily, ruled out the possibility of any member of his family joining politics or contesting assembly seat that he will vacate. “I don’t have one (a succession plan). The people will choose the next leader.”
It should be noted there is a rumour in local web media that Arun Patnaik, son of industrialist Prem Patnaik, nephew of Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik and grandson of legendary Biju Patnaik to join politics.
