Bittihotra Mohanty, son of former DGP (Prisons) Bidya Bhusan Mohanty, passed away while receiving treatment at AIIMS, Bhubaneswar. Bitti gained significant attention in 2006 when he was accused of raping his German classmate in Alwar, Rajasthan, leading to his arrest by the Rajasthan police.
