Bhubaneswar: The Biju Janata Dal (BJD) will celebrate its 23rd foundation day at its head office here and in all Assembly constituencies in the State on Thursday.
BJD would observe the day extensively at the panchayat, block and district levels and necessary directions have been given to the party functionaries, said party vice-president and Rajya Sabha member Prasanna Acharya.
A senior party leader said BJD would continue working for the welfare of people of the State and is always ready to face all challenges under the able and clean leadership of Naveen Patnaik.
Another senior party leader said the party workers would work for successful execution of 5T and Mo Sarkar programmes and ensure that benefits under all the Government welfare schemes reach people.
