Bhubaneswar: Senior IAS Asit Tripathy assumes office as Odisha chief secretary. Tripathy assumes charge from Aditya Prasad Padhi. Tripathy was the Development Commissioner and also in-charge of the Home department and Chief Administrator of the KBK region.
