Bhubaneswar: The OPD services at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS)-Bhubaneswar would resume from June 28. Notably, the walk-in OPD services at this major healthcare facility were temporarily closed from April 26 in view of the sharp rise in Covid-19 cases in the campus.
The decision regarding resumption of OPD services has been taken after a decline in number of Covid-19 patients.It has also been decided to continue the telemedicine services at AIIMS. However, the consultation would be provided via WhatsApp, not through voice calls.
