Bhubaneswar : Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu’s visit to Bhubaneswar for attending the first convocation ceremony of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) here has been rescheduled to August 25.
He was earlier scheduled to arrive here for a one-day visit to join as chief guest at the convocation. However, the schedule later underwent change and the ceremony was postponed accordingly.
A letter regarding the rescheduling of the programme has been sent by the Vice President’s office to the AIIMS, Bhubaneswar. Union Health Minister JP Nadda is also scheduled to join the convocation along with Naidu.
