New Delhi : The Uttarakhand government today announced that the Covid-19 testing and checking of vaccination certificates will not be mandatory for the devotees coming for the holy Char Dham Yatra which is set to commence on May 3.
Following the instructions of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, Chief Secretary SS Sandhu chaired a meeting with the concerned officers to clear the confusion regarding carrying out Covid-19 tests of travelers and pilgrims coming from outside Uttarakhand.
