Puri: Union Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, Union Minister of State for Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises Babul Supriyo inaugurate ‘Digi Dhan Mela’ at Puri.
Minister Pradhan explained the importance of digitization of the payment system and its valuable aspects in the day to day life of a common man at Digi Dhan mel;a held at Puri today. He aslo conveyed the details of launch of BHIM app and emphasized on the positive changes the country was witnessing under the leadership of Shri Narendra Modi ji who with his dedicated and committed work has been able to articulate his vision for the country who has experienced in person the ground realities.
PNG Minister Pradhan told that along with e-wallet, AEPS, UPI, USSD and the BHIMm App is expected to bring a sea change in the payment systems. Owing to this system even less educated people can use mobile app during their financial transactions. Govt is also promoting the Aadhaar linked payment system in the country. Thus, people can run business without being funded by enough cash. This would definitely bring an enormous change in the lives of commoners.
