Lakshmi Nivaasam will oversee the management of the luxury hotel project by ApJ Surendra Group of Hotels (The Park) in this regard.A management agreement has been signed between Lakshmi’s nivaasam and APJ Surendra Group of Hotels (The Park). ApJ Surendra will run it under The Zone Connect, a Group of Hotels (The Park) brand, and the hotel will be opened on coming March 20.
Details of the management agreement between Lakshmi Nivasam, APJ Surendra Group of Hotels (The Park) were conveyed at the media conference. Mr. Rajendra Prasad (Chairman of Lakshmi Nivaasam Developers), Shri Vikas Ahluwalia (General Manager & national head – The Park) and others were present. The media conference was convened at The Park Hotel in Somajiguda, Hyderabad.
