Greater Noida: Honda 2Wheelers India pavilion today became the centre of attraction as Bollywood diva Taapsee Pannu captured all attention of youngsters and flew in to spread a social message on road safety as well.
Spreading the social message of road safety even further, Taapsee Pannu joined Mr. Yadvinder Singh Guleria (Senior VP – Sales & Marketing, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.) and announced Honda’s National Road Safety campaign #HelmetOnLifeOn.
Sharing details of Honda’s latest ‘#HelmetOnLifeOn’ road safety campaign Mr. Yadvinder Singh Guleria – Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. said, “Nearly 18 million new two-wheelers coming on roads every year. As a responsible two-wheeler manufacturer, Honda is deeply committed to spread the message of road safety for everyone. it is very important to highlight the importance of helmet usage while riding a 2Wheeler.We are glad to have Taapsee on board with us and announce Honda’s national road safety campaign #HelmetOnLifeOn. Going ahead, Honda is going to spread the ‘Helmet On, Life On mantra to road users of all groups across the country.”
The national level campaign #HelmetOnLifeOn is spearheaded by Honda’s road safety vertical and will start from Honda’s 13 Traffic Training Parks across India expanding to other cities through mega safety events later.
Talking about #HelmetOnLifeOn, the ‘Judwa 2’ and ‘Pink’ sensation and Honda’s brand Ambassador Taapsee Pannu said, “Every year on Valentine’s week, we express love with gifts to our loved ones. This Valentine’s week my message to my fans is – someone is waiting for you and wants you to reach home safely. This Valentine’s Week gift your loved ones a helmet. Because Helmet on, toh life on.”
Making a grand entry in front of an ecstatic crowd of fans, Taapsee Pannu shared her own fun story of how India loves Activa. Refreshing her old memories of riding an Activa, Taapsee was delighted to see Honda’s brand new 160cc sporty motorcycle X-Blade and the 5th generation of India’s largest selling two-wheeler – Activa 5G at the Honda 2 Wheelers India pavilion.
Spreading the message of road safety among her fans, Taapsee took safe riding instructions from Honda’s safety instructors on always wearing safety gear before riding. Taking her fans by surprize, the diva then rode Honda’s 125cc scooter Grazia and the new 2018 edition of CB Hornet 160R motorcycle in Honda’s outdoor road safety zone. That’s not all, Taapsee also took the Road Safety Pledge and engaged with her fans.
Honda committed to ‘Safety for Everyone’ on roads:
