Bhubaneswar: Someone once said ” Never be afraid to do things that makes you feel free ” and on that note Skivas along with Dwarikanath Charitable Trust thought of introducing this concept of Mystery Canvas, where the artist doesn’t know the who the client is and the client doesn’t know who the artist is.
The artist has the full freedom to ink anything of his/her choice. Mystery Canvas was a 2 day event starting 15th August. This day was chosen as a token
of appreciation and motivation to all those artists who choose to be an artist by choice breaking the barriers of what society wanted them to become. With this spirit Skivas invited 2 such artists,who are considered among the best in the Industry. Niloy Das, who has taken himself to an international bench mark took over on the Day 1 of the event. He inked quite a few lucky folks along with other budding talented artists. We ended with 40 master pieces on Day 1.
Day 2 was another man’s day. Amin Sultan, who has a huge list of celebrity clients under his belt and is considered one of the best in the country. Amin took the lead along with his team and inked 30 folks who were eagerly waiting for months when we announced this event. With this, we came to an end of this extravagant event. Happy and satisfied faces made this event a great success. Mystery canvas would never have been possible without the support of all those people who have been with Skivas since we started the journey. Thank you for believing in us.
