New Delhi :Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma informs that PM Narendra Modi will be visiting Assam on April 28th and will attend first program in Diphu and after that will inaugurate 7 new cancer hospitals in Dibrugarh. This is a huge investment of Rs 4,000 crore.
