Bhubaneswar: State tourism minister Jyoti Panigrahi rides a bicycle to reach state secretariat; says he would continue the practice till end of budget session of state assembly.
“Today Vehicle didn’t reach on time. Thought of going to Loka Seva Bhawan in cycle. Decided further to start use of cycle in coming budget session & within Bhubaneswar. Small contribution for environment, Health fitness, Austerity measure. Youngsters may think,” says minister Jyoti Panigrahi .
