Amidst the prevailing heatwave in Odisha, the state has recorded its first fatality from sunstroke this year, as reported by the Directorate of Public Health. Dr. Niranjan Mishra, the Public Health Director, confirmed the death of one individual due to heatstroke in Balasore district today.
