Bhubaneswar: Five arrested, two four-wheelers seized; Manhunt on to nab others. Youths cause havoc along the Janpath in Bhubaneswar today with reckless driving. The miscreants were seen driving their cars at high speed and blocking other vehicles on the road and posing a threat to other riders. Commissionerate Police registered a suo moto case.
