Bhubaneswar: PCC president Niranjan Patnaik on Monday termed BJP president Amit Shah’s attack on the Naveen Patnaik Government as a “Veda recital by a Satan”.
“Shah criticised the the Naveen Patnaik Government on various fronts while attending the BJP Mahila Morcha meeting at Puri. He said women in Odisha are not safe during BJD rule and millers are cheating farmers like anything. There is no rule of law in the State.
He said all these in view of coming general election and this is like a Satan reciting Veda,” alleged Patnaik. He said the BJD and the BJP had jointly formed the Government in the past. Undoubtedly, they have good relationship and are supporting each other on every occasion.
Patnaik said both BJD and the BJP have tied up to grab power in the State by hook or crook. However, he said that Odisha people would enjoy this but make suitable decision in appropriate time.
