Kujang: International Labour Day celebrated in IFFCO Premises on dtd. 01May, 2017. On this occasion, chairman of Taluk Legal Service Committee, Kujang and its members, labour work force of IFFCO and all senior Officers were present in the programme.
On this occasion, Sh.Gyan Chand Acharya, Chief Manager- HR delivered welcome speech to the gatherings and elaborated the benefits are being provided by the IFFCO Management. IFFCO is a better place to work and the working environment is congenial in nature. Sh.A N D Yadav, President of Bar Association, Kujang informed the workers that there is a forum available at Kujang to redress any problem are being faced by the workers which can be approached the Taluk Legal Service. As such, Sh. Digvijay Das, Judicial Magistrate of Kujang and Ms.Smruti Sonalika Sahoo, DLO(I/C), Jagatsinghpur also spoke on this occasion. Sh.Ashis Kumar Panda, Unit head of IFFCO and today’s guest of honour thrust on the importance of International Labour Day being observed all over the world. He addressed the gatherings that the workman and employer go in a parallel line so as to achieve the organisational goal in the days to come. The Chief Guest, Sh.Abhilash Senapati, Chairman, TLSC cum Civil Judge, Sr.Division, Kujang addressed the gatherings and spoke on the different laws, Act & Rules and made the workers aware of the provisions under laws. He expressed and was happy that IFFCO Paradeep Unit is complying all statutory obligations to their workers and also he directly interacted with workers and collected informations that IFFCO is paying all the statutory payments or not. The workers were happily expressed their views that they are receiving all legitimate payments in time.
Sh.Sanesh Ram Maurya, DGM(P&A) gave vote of thanks to all dignitaries and workers who were present there for their valuable support and guidance on this occasion. The senior members of Kujanga Bar Association have also witnessed the programme along with Sh Sushanta Kumar Pattnaik & Sh Nrusingh Charan Pradhan .
