Odisha: Koraput cops arrests 4 persons regarding Odia secondary question paper viral

Report by Nishapati Nayak; Koraput: Police arrested four more persons in Koraput districts today for allegedly making Odia question paper viral on February 22. While four persons were arrested by Sunabeda Police in Bandhugaon block of Koraput district.

According to reports, four persons which includes one photocopy shop owner and three parents of students were arrested for making the Odia question paper viral at Bandhugaon High school in Koraput. The police seized one laptop, a photocopy machine and mobiles from the accused persons.

Sunabeda SDPO Niranjan Behera said, “We had registered two cases in connection with the Odia question paper viral incident at Bandhugaon High School on February 22. Today, we arrested four persons for allegedly taking snaps of the question paper and photocopying it before putting them on social media. We will forward them to court today.”

The repeated question leak incidents has exposed the incapacity and inefficiency of School and Mass education department as well as Board of Secondary Education authority. Therefore, the concerned mimister should take serious action ” said senior citizens of local in a statement.
