Bhubaneswar: Traffic regulations & collection of hefty fines for violation of norms under amended MotorVehiclesAct 2019 which were relaxed a few days after implementation from Sept 1 will once again be strictly enforced from Dec 1. This was informed by the State Transport Minister Padmanabha Behera.
