Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Secretary writes to Police DG regarding implementation of Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Act, 2019 From Sep 1. Instead of manual receipts, penalties will be collected through e-challan for which 500 machines will be supplied by Transport department.
