Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik connected with people from 145 GPs of Nayagarh, Jajpur, Malkangiri, Angul, Nabarangpur and Mayurbhanj districts through #AmaGaonAmaBikash programme and sanctioned ₹33.30 crore for 1,340 development projects. He congratulated people of Dharmasala block of Jajpur district and village representatives for expeditious implementation of the programme, by completing 119 projects worth ₹3.76 crore in 170 days. He advised other blocks to show similar zeal in implementing the programme to speed up rural development. #AmaGaonAmaBikash programme aims to transform rural development in #Odisha with people’s participation and so far the programme has covered 5,421 GPs in 248 blocks, leading to sanction of ₹1,234.34 crore for 50, 073 projects.
