Bargarh: Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik reiterates Central neglect while addressing poll rally in Bargarh. CM Patnaik says “I had urged the Centre to include Kosali language in the 8th Schedule of the Constitution. But it wasn’t included. Centre is also trying to stop disbursal under KALIA Scheme.”
BJD supremo Naveen Patnaik addresses at an election rally in Badagaon of Barpali block in Bargarh district. Naveen accused the Centre of having no sympathy towards Odisha farmers during his speech and claimed again that, it is trying to stop the KALIA scheme.
