Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik flagged off 25 #MissionShakti Raths to spread the message of empowerment through audio-visuals, competitions and promote various opportunities under the program. About 70 lakh women are part of this silent revolution through 6 lakh Mission Shakti SHGs.
